@Acejavelin a tout essayé, mais ça n'aide pas. Si j'utilise getappstore, je suis dirigé vers l'appstore installé et qui affiche un écran vide. J'ai effacé le cache, désactivé l'AppStore, réinitialiser l'App Store et l'a activé à nouveau, mais STLL obtiendrez un écran vide sur l'AppStore. Je ne peux pas essayer d'autre solution, comme tous nécessitent l'installation de certains logiciels de l'App Store. Je suis un client avec Amazon.de, mais avec Kindle-US (car il y a quelques années, j'ai acheté un KindleDx avec une livraison internationale) Je ne veux pas changer ce réglage, mais peut-être que c'est la cause de mon problème ?? dnz 2016-04-24 15:24:52Z, License: CC BY-SA 3.0

Eh bien, j'ai pu installer F-Droid, maintenant j'ai un gestionnaire de fichiers et pourra installer Google Play. Je n'aime pas faire une réinitialisation d'usine, alors j'oublierai simplement l'App Store Amazon et j'espère que je reçois toujours des mises à jour pour les applications Amazon préinstallées dnz 2016-04-24 17:53:35Z, License: CC BY-SA 3.0

The Amazon app store should work fine on that device... try clearing the data on the app and trying again, or manually update the Amazon App Store from acejavelin 2016-04-24 14:28:10Z, License: CC BY-SA 3.0
@acejavelin tried all, but it doesn't help. if i use getappstore, i get directed to the installed appstore and that does display an empty screen. i cleared the cache, deactivated the appstore, reset the app store and activated it again, but stll get an empty screen on the appstore. i cannot try any other solution, as all require the installation of some software from the app store. i am a customer with amazon.de, but with kindle-us (because some years ago i purchased a kindledx with international delivery) i don't want to change this setting, but maybe it is the cause of my problem?? dnz 2016-04-24 15:24:52Z, License: CC BY-SA 3.0

well, i was able to install f-droid, now i have a file manager and will be able to install google play. i don't like to do a factory reset, so i will simply forget the amazon app store and hope that i still get updates for the preinstalled amazon apps dnz 2016-04-24 17:53:35Z, License: CC BY-SA 3.0
